How to use bizpando

Here you can find selected manuals on how to use bizpando and its features. Please also check out the Tutorial section on the platform itself.

1. Manual Invitation/Addition of Suppliers or Customers

1.1. Intro and Tutorial Video

To manually invite suppliers or customers and add them to your digital supply chain, click on the navigation point "Supply chain" at the top after registering for free and logging in to bizpando. You will then automatically reach the "Suppliers" submenu.

If you want to invite suppliers, click on the "Add suppliers manually" button above the table on the right.

If you are a supplier and want to invite business customers, click on the "Customers" submenu. There you also have the option of clicking on the "Add customers manually" button at the top right of the table.

Regardless of which option you have chosen, the next step is the same. A window opens in which you have the option of inviting one or more companies.

Improved processes through supply chain law software

Supply chain law software such as bizpando is a digital instrument that helps companies fulfil the requirements of the German Supply Chain Act. It provides automated tools and resources that simplify the monitoring and management of supply chains to ensure that human rights and environmental standards are met.

Key features of the supply chain law software

The software offers features such as automated risk analyses, tracking and reporting tools and digital roadmaps for compliance with the law. It can monitor supply chains in real time and generate reports that enable companies to review and adjust their supply chain processes.

In addition, the software offers risk assessment and management functions. Companies can identify and assess potential risks in their supply chain and take measures to minimise them.

Advantages of supply chain law software

With supply chain law software, companies can monitor compliance with the law more efficiently and accurately. Automated processes reduce manual effort and minimise the risk of errors.

The software offers companies the opportunity to recognise and address potential risks at an early stage, which leads to a lower probability of violations and therefore a lower probability of fines and reputational risks.

In addition, the software can help to increase supply chain transparency, which strengthens customer and stakeholder trust. A transparent and responsible approach to supply chain monitoring can also help to improve brand reputation.

Conclusion

Utilising supply chain law software can make a significant contribution to compliance with German supply chain law. By automating processes and providing monitoring and reporting tools, the software can help companies fulfil their due diligence obligations effectively. Companies that invest in such technologies can not only ensure legal compliance, but also improve stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
